Trevalli’s flavoured caciotta cheeses, made from sheep’s milk, are soft and crumbly with a fresh taste. These excellent table cheeses are often accompanied simply by a slice of home-made bread.  They are also used to add flavour to fresh salads, and as a seasoning for oven-cooked pasta dishes and should be accompanied by delicate, yet flavoursome white wines
